Suggest treatment for hard palate behind the front tooth

Question: I have a smooth crater like mark on my hard palate behind left front tooth, i felt it about 3 weeks ago with my toungue, there is no pain, any ideas what this could be? I can't remember burning it although did suffer nose trauma a few months ago, could it be related?
Brief Answer:
Get a Biopsy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.
I understand your concern.
This crater mark may or may not be related to nasal trauma.
But it is very important to get a biopsy of the crater to rule out malignancy.
Treatment depends on the biopsy report.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
