Long term fatique, weakness, aching muscles, sore joints, stumbling verbal exchanges, tremors hands (comes and goes), knumbness and tingling-forearms/hands,feet,face, blurred vision, so weak that putting a glass over my head into cupboard is sooo heavy, constipation, slow to talk and mentally sluggish. Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

That list of symptoms is very extensive and not very specific, meaning that such symptoms can be found in many different conditions which makes it difficult to pinpoint only one or two possible conditions and recommend treatment.

They can be found in neurological conditions like infections, multiple sclerosis etc, in rheumatological connective tissue conditions such as lupus which affect many systems, psychiatric conditions like depression, in hormonal issues such thyroid disorders etc.

Regarding the insect bite many years ago, while it may not be related at all, but could also be a case Lyme disease, a condition which may develop a chronic form including nervous system.

So since the list of possibilities is really long some probing will be necessary and several tests. It is a good thing you are seeing a neuro specialist. He will visit you to determine whether there are objective neurological signs indicating involvement of the brain or peripheral nerves and according to the findings he might order imaging tests like MRI for brain lesions or nerve conduction studies for peripheral nerve ones. Also blood tests will be necessary to check for indications of inflammation, infection, metabolic alterations, hormone levels, markers of connective tissue disease etc. Some basic tests would be blood count, c reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, fibrinogen, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel, creatine kinase, thyroid function, vitamin B12 levels, rheumatoid factor, antinuclear antibodies, Lyme antibody titers etc.
Depending on findings on exam and tests further management will be decided.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
