Suggest Treatment For Hand Eczema

Question: I am having a serious flare and outbreak of an eczema on my hands , inbetween my fingers, and my fingers are bleeding and cracking. I have tried 2 forms of steroid creams, which do not seem to be helping. Is there any form of a simple home remedy that I could try?

Apply petrolatum gelly for 8 to 10 times to keep the hands moisturized.

Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.

I am sorry to say that there are no pictures attached with the query.

Even then if there is no or minimal itching then I suggest you to follow the regimen below.

Do warm compressions for two times a day. Take half bucket of warm water and soak your hands for 5 to 10 minutes in the same.

Apply petrolatum gelly for 8 to 10 times to keep the hands moisturized. Dr not expose your hands to dust or cold weather.

If there are deep cuts then you might need high potency steroid based cream.
