Brief Answer:
Pointing towards fungal infection..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your explanation it seems that there is fungal infection in mouth along with dry mouth that is a very common and potent cause for bad breath..

I would suggest you to once consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like Microscopy of scraping from tongue can help in diagnosis and treatment will be advised accordingly..

As of now you should chew flavoured sugarfree chewing gum to stimulate salivation and also maintain a fresh breath..
You should also drink plenty of water..
Gargle with flavoured antiseptic mouthwash..
Avoid excess intake of high aroma foods like Onion and garlic..
Eat more of probiotics like Yoghurt..
Use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue..
You can also gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..

PLease write back for further queries..

Regards..
