How long since you started noticing hair fall? Even if you dont have family history in 1st degree family members (father and brother), are any of your cousins, maternal or paternal uncles affected with hair thinning and early balding?

From my mother parental family they do have hair thinning problem.
I my case I was facing the issue but it was not too much since last 2-3 months.
When I stand in sunlight... I suffer a itching sensation (too much).
Please help.

Minoxidil solution and biotin tablet and antidandruff shampoo

Hi. Thank you
you may use minoxidil 5% silution, 1 ml, twice daily at scalp skin.
Orally you may take androanagen tablet, once daily.
You must shampoo your scalp daily with a ketoconazole based shampoo e.g scalpe shampoo.
Follow these instructions and you would notice improvement.
