Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, there are following possibilities for your symptoms :
1 ) Androgenetic alopecia- it is also known as Male pattern Baldness. It is characterised by thinning of hair followed by hairfall usually involving temporal areas in males. The treatment of choice is topical Minoxidil 5 percent lotion twice daily over the affected area.
2) Alopecia aerata- it is characterised by formation of bald patches on scalp . It is an autoimmune condition. The treatment of choice is intralesional injection of steroid.
Kindly upload the images so that I can actually visualize the hair loss pattern and give you my best possible advice.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
use anti dandruff shampoo and start minoxidil

Detailed Answer:
You should anti dandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole on alternate day basis. Apply the shampoo and leave it over scalp for 4-5 minutes before you wash it off.
You may start minoxidil . Dandruff would not affect the response of minoxidil.
I hope I am able to solve your query.
Take care.
