Brief Answer:
Possible site of surgery, or fungal infection or side effect of a treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully, saw your photos and reports and I understand your report.

It is not normal.
Maybe he lost it because it is related to the point where the tubes of the surgery were inserted in order to perform surgery.
Or maybe He lost it after, because of a medication they have given to him.
It can be also a fungal infection, but the skin under it should be scaly and tender, which I am not able to see well.

From the reports I don't see nothing relevant.
His doctors know him better and I don't have all the medical records nor can I examine him in order to understand correctly what is the problem.
Those above are my thoughts.

Let me know any more information that may be relevant.
I hope this is a bit of help.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
