Brief Answer:
I suggest possibility of androgenetic alopecia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have taken note of your query and I have understood it.

You seem to have androgenetic alopecia.
In androgenetic alopecia there is usually a positive family history of early balding in father, brother.
This type of hair loss is gradually progressive over the years. It may start anytime after puberty.
Initially androgenetic alopecia usually starts as widening and deepening of the angles of anterior hair line.
There may also be a gradual recession of anterior hair line giving rise to a broad forehead.
If allowed to progress later on it may present as thinning and decreased hair density mainly from the frontal part of scalp and crown.

The goal of treatment in androgenetic alopecia is to slow down Or arrest further progression of alopecia.
Therefore it is important to start treatment as early as possible.
There are no natural remedies for this type of alopecia.
Only Minoxidil and Finasteride are approved remedies for this type of alopecia and they have been in use for many years for this indication.

Minoxidil is a topical solution and needs to applied twice daily at the scalp skin. Finasteride is an Oral drug which was approved for androgenetic alpoecia as early as 1990's.

Noticeable improvement is usually seen after 3-6 months and are maximal at 1-2 years of regular use.

These are prescription drugs therefore I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
