Question: I know I have more than just a deviated septum at this point. My top back teeth started getting loose and coming out like the past couple years.Til recently its down to only front 6 teeth so I went to an oral surgeon who pretty much told me I was screwed.I have total bone loss in my upper jaw.and a shallow gum line an it seems the inside of my nose is rapidly deteriorating to where it will eventually just be a big hole in my face.I can't breathe right .I choke if I drink out of a straw.and have lost a lot of weight lately because I can't chew anything.I am desperate for help.

Brief Answer:
gum infection, fungal infection, oroantral fistula

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, i have gone through your query.
As far as the loose teeth is concerned, it can be because of the bone loss secondary to the gum infection because of deposits.
Regarding the difficulty in breathing and choking effect can be because of the oroantral fistula, so you need to gte investigations done like CT or CBCT to know the defect in the bone, later it can be managed surgically. Regarding your deviated nasal septum and deteriorating bone you need to get it evaluated completely to rule out any fungal infection. So consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. These are the possible causes and diagnosis based on your description.
If you can upload the images of your face the oral cavity, i can give you exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there, reply me back.
