Brief Answer:
Genes/stress/vit.B12 deficiency as possible causes explained below...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

There are various factors causing hair to turn gray/white in color, including:
1. genetics: most of the time genes are the crucial factors to determine when your hair will turn gray at some point of your life.

2. vit.B12 deficiency: to my opinion, in your case, you've been treated with multivitamin and mineral supplementation for about 1 year and your hair is still gray. Therefore, if it could be a possible reason, your hair should have demonstrated any improvement during this time.

3. Stress: although not scientifically proved, stress can be a possible factor to cause hair to turn gray.

However, in your case, most probably, genes might have caused your hair to turn gray.

Hope it was of help! Let me know if you need further assistance.
