Suggest Treatment For Grey Patch Of Skin In The Vicinity Of Urinary Meatus

Question: Is dark/grey skin normal at the opening of the urethra?

Today I noticed that the skin just below the opening of my urethra (along the line leading up to it, about 1 cm to the opening) is dark, almost grey/purple. I do not however know if it has always been like this or is new. It is not inflamed and I have no itching or irritation. When I stretch the skin a little bit it appears to be normally colored. I have no abnormal urination or discharge.

I am a 22 year old male and have had 2 partners in the last 6 months. I recently got tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HIV which all came back negative (although these tests were 1 week after my latest partner). Also apparently I had one wart located on the shaft, which I have had treated.

I can't find any info about this sort of thing online and was wondering if this is just a normal skin variation/coloring. I posted a picture and can provide additional info if necessary.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
There is nothing to be worried about it .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed skin in the vicinity of meatus to be purple .

Since you do not have any urinary symptoms like frequency ,burning ,urgency .urethral discharge etc the colour of the skin near urethral opening has no significance at all .
.
I is a normal variation and should not be worried about it .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
