Brief Answer:
you are having granular pharyngitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

From the picture you have sent, it looks like that you are having a granular pharyngitis. This condition occurs in cases with recurrent sore throat

Another reason for the granular pharyngitis can be a sinus infection or acid reflux from the stomach.

The best way to reduce the granular pharyngitis would be to do regular gargling with warm salt water and avoid hot and spicy food.

Another thing would be to find out the cause for the granular pharyngitis and treat it.

In persistent cases we may need to cauterize the granular tissue with silver nitrate crystals.

Please discuss this with your ent doctor

In age of 5 (in 1985) my tonsils were removed together with adenoids. Since then I have never had any issues ot maybe didn't give attention. Do you think it is possible to ged rid of those granulars filled with some yellowish substance without surgery? They don't really bother me, and I don't have any pain for the record.

Brief Answer:
Yes it is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Yes it is possible!

In most of my patients I normally advice warm salt water gargles thrice a day for for 3-4 weeks and tell them to avoid spicy and oily food. Most of my patients have recovered with this alone. Therefore i would also suggest the same to you.

If however the granular masses still persist or you develop recurrent sore throat, then I would like you to meet an ent doctor.

Take care
