Question: I was feeling sick to stomach, then all sudden i felt out of it then i got bad tunnel vision that was so bad my vision got blurry, i couldnt see r think, then my heart started pounding n i got really shaky. I do have hashimotos? What could cause this?

As you are giving history of Gastroenteritis.Please mention if you are having loose stools or vomiting,Because loose motion and vomiting causes severe electrolyte balance.Bluery vision dizziness and palpitation can be because of electrolyte disbalance.
So please mention the symptom you are having due to gastic upset.
Are you having loose motions or gases or acid disorders,Vomiting etc.
