Brief Answer:
gastritis seems to be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to gastritis.
I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.
Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid mental and emotional stress.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids.
6.Drink lots of water daily.
7.Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
8.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an Gastroentologist. Endoscopy and Ultrasound can be helpful in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. I had registered last yr also with you in September. My transaction ID was 8HK77916YTo99681Y. Some one answered my questions, I was just wondering if you could access those reports and let me know whether there is any connection between the last yr's report and the current reports.
thanks

Brief Answer:
Latest Liver Function Test is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
I have gone through your previous reports. Your previous blood reports suggest that some of your liver enzymes were deranged. Your ultrasound report also suggests toward fatty liver. These can be related to your present symptoms of fullness/bloating of upper abdomen with pain. I would suggest that you can get your Liver Function Test(LFT) done again to know the latest change. If LFT is still deranged, hepatoprotective medicines can be added. You should continue with the rest advise and precautions mentioned in my previous post. For changes in uterus and ovary(as mentioned in your ultrasound reports), you should get yourself clinically examined by your Gynaecologist.
I hope this answers your query.
Regards. Thanks.
