Brief Answer:
take smaller and frequent meals

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Has you are having gas trouble it is causing stretching of stomach and hence tighteness.

If such a patient comes to me I would suggest to take levosulpiride instead of kaopectate. As levosulpiride is more effective and increases bowel movement and helps to remove the gas.

Also i advice to take preprobiotics which reduces the bulk of gas forming organisms. These are prescription drugs so consult your doctor. The main reason for increased gas is keeping stomach empty for long time. So frequently should take food in small quantities. Avoid soda and carbonated drinks .

Above mentioned drugs have no effects with your other medical conditions.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Regards
