Question: Hi my son has 2 stones in gallbladder sizes 18 mm and 13 mm can it be removed without surgery plz suggest

Your son has two gallstones which are too big to be treated by medications.
The only definitive treatment is surgery.
If these are silent stones, he can leave them as such. If they cause pain, then gallbladder has to be removed.
