Brief Answer:
CBD calculus

Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr. Ganesh

Sorry what she is going through - let us hope every thing will be fine.

1. After a gallbladder removal there is still calculus means - probably in the CBD ( common bile duct)
Choledocholithiasis ( stone in CBD) is a disease of the common bile duct. The common bile duct forms at the junction of the cystic duct (from the gallbladder) and the common hepatic duct (from the liver). It drains bile into the duedenum (the first part of the small intestine)

2. Possibly due to the obstruction the symptoms -jaundice and nausea are persisting.

3.In this case, since the procedure / operation is planned - mean while you can take antiemetic medication for sickness ( vomiting nausea) and symptomatic treatment for the pain.

4.Once the obstruction / stone will be removed from the way, things will be better.

5.Take less of fat foods, more of salads and fruits and fruit juices - that will help. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
If any thing to ask, do not hesitate.

Brief Answer:
Let the things take their own course.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for a followup and sorry for bit late.

I would recommend inform the patient condition to the treating doctor and let him decide depending on the available slot and patient condition.

If patient is in severe pain, things has to be little earlier.

Wish you both good health.
