Suggest Treatment For Gall Bladder Stone Causing Abdominal Pain

Question: Pain in upper right quadrant of abdomen. Sonogram did not show any gall stones, gall bladder function test was good (51%) with some thickening of bladder wall (3mm). Sonogram also showed a small syst on the liver (2cm). These are the same results as the same tests gave 2 years ago. No problems for almost 2 years then the pain started again. Almost constant for 2 months now. Looking for ideas.

As per your query answers are-
Most likely the pain is related to cyst in liver.Cyst pushes the capsule of liver.Capsule of liver is a membrane which covers liver.As the capsule is stretched pain is felt in abdomen.
As pain is constant in your case its very likely related to the cause mentioned above.
Investigations should be done yo rule out the benign or malignant nature of the lesion.
A MRI abdomen should be done initially.

Treatment should be started accordingly.
Removing gallbladder i don't feel would help much.
