Question: Infected toenail for 9 months. I need to know the quickest way to get it removed and the chances of it being gangrene.

The infection is not the problem at this case. The black tissues you can see are dead tissues. This wont heal by its own, antibiotic wont help at all. Dead tissues must be removed. Otherwise you can struggle with it for a long time.
Please consult general surgeon. Simple removal of what you see as a black tissues should help. The rest of the toe can be left if under the black tissues you have healthy tissues.
