Brief Answer:
There is improvement

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
Dear Brother

Thanks for writing back to me. If anti fungal is not available, its not an issue. Keeping the area clean and dry , along with application of Dr XXXXXXX Ointment thrice a day for next 1 week will be helpful.
If you have procured Clotrimazole which is an anti fungal through other ways, that could be excellent. From the clinical photograph provided there is definitely improvement.

Do keep me updated
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life

Deepak

Hi doctor

Thanks for the resposne. Anti fungal cream without steriod combination is available over the counter and we are using the same with every diaper change. In night we are using triple paste diaper rash cream. We are trying to atleast keep her diaper free for 30-40 minutes when we take her outside for walk.

As per your advise we will keep using anti fungal for one more week.

Please confirm if my understanding is correct

Thanks
