Question: I have a rash under my right breast , it spread some and one it is starting to peel could this be a staph infection. It does itch some it had white tops at first now it's all red and peeling

It is looking like fungal infection. Please apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole twice daily for 15 days. You will get good relief with it.
