Brief Answer:
clotrimazole cream and tablet fluconazole / terbinafine / itraconazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for reply all the questions.
It seems to be fungal infection only.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antifungals like clotrimazole cream/ miconazole cream to my patients.
Quadriderm is a combination cream of antibiotic, antifungal and steroid. It is of no use and only harm the skin.
Alongwith oral antifungals are also advised like fluconazole / terbinafine / itraconazole.
It may take 3-4 weeks for complete resolution of the disease.
I would advise her to keep the foot dry.
Avoid applying quadriderm.
Get her blood sugar levels done.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine and give her prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
