From the description you have provided,it looks like you have developed a fungal infection in the area.
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily . You might a course of oral antifungals if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
Avoid application of cortisone cream over the area since it might lead to increase in infection.

Brief Answer:
Intertrigo in folds

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed intertrigo which is basically maceration of the skin in the body folds .It occurs due to warm and moist conditions caused by occlusion and sweating and thereby leading to fungal and bacterial overgrowth.
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Mix and apply clotrimazole cream and mupirocin cream over the affected area twice daily after cleaning and drying .
Follow this treatment for atleast ten days.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further infection.

Hope it helps
