Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection in the penile region.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream over the affected area twice daily .
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
You might need a course of oral antifungal agents if the lesion still tends to persist or increase .

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Not very serious ,take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Fungal infections in this area are very common and are easily treatable too .
You can start treatment as advised .
The lesions should start to heal within two to three days of treatment although complete cure might take up to two weeks.
However if the lesions still tend to persist or increase inspite of treatment, then you should see a nearby dermatologist.

Brief Answer:
Cause of this infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The symptoms that you are developing are suggestive of fungal infection .
Such infections are very common in this area owing to the warm and moist skin conditions .But these are really not anything worrisome ,since they are easily treatable.
These can occur in people on antibiotics or
in diabetics or even in normal people or can also be sexually acquired .

Hope it helps
