There is all likelihood that you have developed fungal infection in the groin region over the folds of your inner thighs. This can be treated with:-
1. OINTMENT CLOTRIMAZOLE 2% local application thrice a day for 5 days.
2. Tab . FLUCONAZOLE 300mg stat.
3. Keep the inner folds as dry as possible, avoid moisture. Fot maintaining dryness you may use CLOTRIMAZOLE DUSTING POWDER ( brand name CANDID dusting powder).
4. Tab Cetrizine 5MG TWICE A DAY FOR 3 DAYS FOR ITCHING.
