Question: I have been suffering from fungus between the thighs for 4 months I went to a doctor gave me ointment by ketoconazole but did not do any good I went to the pharmacist gave me ointment Clotrimzol but the disease is still suffering

Topical antifungal alone may not be effective.
I suggest you to also take capsule itraconazole 200mg (Cap Itrasys 200mg) once daily for 2weeks. In addition you may use a topical antifungal e.g luliconazole 1% cream (lulifin cream), twice daily.

Hi.

Yes, you need to take Cap. Itraconazole 200mg once daily orally for 2 weeks. In addition to that you may use a topical antifungal e.g Candid B cream Or Lulifin cream, twice daily.
I also suggest you to take an Oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
