Question: Frequent urination, wetting my shorts, pants. Change underwear and other garments frequently.

You have retention with overflow due to Enlarged Prostate.

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted the frequent urination with wetting of inner wares that you have is due to Retention Of Urine with overflow due to enlarged prostate and needs to be investigated .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

You may need to get catheterized followed by a endoscopic surgery of TURP for removal of prostate .
