Question: whats wrong when you are brushing your teeth and you suddenly have to urinate happens all the time.

I appreciate your observation, but it is not the brushing of your teeth that triggers your urge to pass urine. Under normal circumstances our brain exerts an inhibitory effect on our bladder since it might not be appropriate to pass urine anywhere and everywhere. Instead, it waits for the right opportunity. While you are brushing, the brain automatically detects that the condition is favourable for voiding the collection that you already have in your bladder. Hence the urge to urinate arises.
There is a lot that goes on in our brain without our being aware. What you ask is just one such issue.
