Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

Shifting to new places are accompanied with such issues at times. It takes some time to adjust according to new habitat. Disturbance in sleep cycle initially could have caused the fatiguability and exhaustion, though you said that even if you complete your sleep still that tiredness persists.

If all of your family is facing the same issue with equal intensity, you need to look for anything associated with allergic response, like house paint, any fungus or spores, any plants in that area or any other thing.

Apart from that, adjustment with your neighbourhood might require socialising with the people of that locality, finding hobbies to kill extra time and doing some recreational activities. Once affiliation developed with the new belongings the symptoms might improve spontaneously.

Also need to change the setting and house decor regularly so that it can let you adopt to such small changes. Changing colors, curtains and bed sheets and adding your favourite colors into interior themes might gona help too.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
