Question: I get frequent headache in the right side of my brain. That is like every week once on sunday since my saturday would be of some activity like outing. Sometimes I feel prickling, head weight, like someone holding and also some nerve holdings in the right hand. Head ache would be usually around eyebrows. Please suggest me to overcome this problem.

Brief Answer:
Most likely migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXX,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, and I agree that they are suggestive of migraine.

Since you have frequent episodes of headache, you need to be started on preventive medications to reduce the severity and frequency of headaches. Good options include flunarizine, beta blockers and topiramate.

For relief of headache, you can take rizatriptan or etoricoxib tablets.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
