Brief Answer:
SUpportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Early satiety with frequent diarrhea at age of 66 is likely a gastric function decline and needs alittle clinical correlation and work up to sort out other pathologies. Stool examination, colonoscopy if needed , defecography and some other baseline tests will be done. Also i would suggest small frequent meals, more fiber and fluids in diet, avoiding dairy products and spices. Avoid tea, coffee and other stimulants like alcohol, beverages, soda etc. take some imodium . Use yogurt and peppermint and see if these all help. Talk to a gastroenterologist for further management.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
