Brief Answer:
Avoid intercourse till completely healed sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

The first thing you need to understand is the cause sir. The most common cause for a tear in the frenulum is because some women do not produce enough natural lubricant during intercourse which results in increased friction and a tear in the frenulum.

In majority of cases, no treatment is required to treat the tear in the frenulum but it is also very important for you to abstain from sexual intercourse during the process of healing. So I would request you to avoid sexual intercourse or sexual contact with your penis in all forms till your frenulum has healed sir. Continuing with intercourse before the process of healing is complete only delays healing and also increases the area of the tear.

Once your frenulum has healed, try using sterile lubricants during intercourse to avoid repetition of this condition. In my opinion, medical lubricants like KY-jelly are easily available in pharmacies/medical stores across the world.

In the meantime, you could also go about the application of a warm compress on the affected region to promote healing and take lukewarm water sitz baths with epsom salt in it 2-3 times a day to help promote healing.

I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always available to help.

Best wishes.
