Suggest Treatment For Freckles On Face

Question: I have something on my face I am wondering about, it does not itch or bleed and I have a lot of freckles just wondering what you think this might be. Attaching picture. it a little bigger than a pin head. Can you tell me where I attach a picture for you to look at?

It not a mole that I can see it's not raised at all no itching, bleeding etc has not gotten bigger in 2 months.Also very hard to get into Dermatologist here, I could not get an apt till XXXXXXX because of holidays etc. My Derm retired.

That black spot is a simple epidermal nevus.
It is a common thing and is totally harmless.
It can easily be removed using radiofrequency ablation.
Skin lightening creams like hydroquinone and tretinoin based creams can also be helpful.
You can try these.

One last questions I thought epidermal nevus's appeared at birth is it possible to have one suddenly appear in adulthood?
