Question: Sir, last six months I am suffering problem in internal penis skin .there is a minor cut, skin colour is change, its look like fungal, there is a pain in cut area .I have taken 3-4antibiotic but it does not improve. med-lincef, ceftum500.today I have change show to anothet dr who prescribe me keto b.fusys150.cobadex czs.azithral 500 .doxy1ldr forte

Thanks for your query,I am unable to understand what you mean by internal Penis Skin,

Assuming that you have cut in foreskin and the there is change in colour of the foreskin I suspect it to be due to Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis.

Please consult qualified Urologist or Dermatologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis and get your blood sugar levels test done to rule out Diabetes.

Please take anti fungal medication like Fluconozone twice daily orally and topical anti fungal jelly for local application.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
