Brief Answer:
CO 2 Laser ablation would be the best treatment option

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr.Kakkar(Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.

Fordyce spots are just a cosmetic concern. They are ectopic sebaceous glands.

Treatment is not usually required, however, if desired for cosmetic reasons, the best and most effective treatment option would be to vaporize them with a CO2 Laser ablation. A dermatologist would do it for you.

Topical antibiotic creams, coconut oil or tea tree oil wont be effective at all. They might rather cause irritation.

Regards
