Hi and welcome.
There is obviously a stricture or stenosis of esophagus and if this is benign then repeated endoscopic dilatation are required or self expanding stent can be placed in some specialized centres. Also, in refractory cases, additional surgeries may be necessary. Wish you good health. Regards
