It seems from the history that you are having fluttering in peripheral vision.
Since you are diagnosed with narrow angle and treated with peripheral iridotomy, this can be because of episodes of increase in intraocular pressure which can occur in narrow angle glaucoma.
Hence this requires evaluation of the eye which include measurement of the intraocular pressure and its treatment if it is increased.
