Brief Answer:
Antiplatelet drugs, blood pressure medications...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Until your doctors take you up for stenting process, I would start you on antiplatelet drugs. Besides these medications to lower cholesterol levels need to be added to prevent further blocks. Antihypertensives like a calcium channel blocker can be started if blood pressures are high on most occasions.

I would refer you to a cardiologist and nephrologist for simultaneous management. If you haven't seen these expert discuss with your primary care provider for a referral.
