Brief Answer:
It may be peripheral neuropathy or radiculopathy. See details.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Causes of numbness in limbs are peripheral neuropathy, radiculopathy, peripheral vascular diseases, herniated disc, lumbar spondylosis, blunt trauma to spine, spinal stenosis or any bony lesion. Let me know whether do you have any history of blunt trauma, diabetes, redness over legs? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

I'd suggest you to do MRI back including hip joints with whole spine screening, random blood sugar level, EMG-NCV test, vit b 12 level, serum calcium to rule out possible conditions. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. You can take tab. Pregaba NT 75 mg. As these are prescriptions medicine, so consult with your doctor. Do regular exercise after consultation with physiotherapist, don't sit for long time. You can use lumbar belt after consultation with orthopedician. I think this will clarify your concern.
