Brief Answer:
Get evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems you are suffering from Irritable Bowel syndrome associated with acid peptic disease.
Usually it takes time to get over this problem.
So, we always advise patients to continue the treatment till your doctor advises you and not to get hopeless.
I would advise you to get following investigations done:
1.Thyroid Profile
2.Fasting Blood Sugar
3.Stool routine and Microscopy.
4. Ultrasound Abdomen.
If everything is normal, then you are probably suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
I would advise following in such scenario:
1. To take a proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole and Rabeprazole.
2. To avoid fat, pepper in diet.
4. To take Smooth Muscle Relaxant like Mebeverine for stomach pain.
5. Drugs like chlordiazepoxide and clidinium bromide are used in refractory cases.

As far as your query regarding taking these medicines with BP medicines is concerned, you can take all these drugs together.
I hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
IBS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
That's a great news that all these tests are normal.
I would keep your diagnosis as IBS then.
I treat initially with :
1. Combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
2. Smooth muscle relaxants like Mebeverine sustained release tablets.
So share my opinin with your doctor and write to me after 10 days of initiation of the treatment.
