Thanks for asking Ayurveda with your health concern and following is/are symptom wise approach:

1. Since you are a diagnosed case and already under supervision thus remain under regular guidance and also you have mentioned that the tumor is benign [harmless] thus leading a healthy life till now, so:

a. check regularly with your kidney functions [ B. urea/S. Creatinine]
b. take: bottle gourd, turmeric, cinnamon,pepper,horse gram, bitter gourd
c. Avoid: fried food, sweet and salty items, dry-cold-preserved food.
d. Varunadi kshayam/dashmool arishta: 20ml in half glass lukewarm water [twice daily,after meals]
e. XXXXXXX bhsam: 2 gm [purified]
Triphla powder: 100gm.. mix well and take 1 tablespoon [after meals]
f.Check with a local experienced Ayurveda physician for other result oriented medicines like: brihat vaat chintamani ras, kachnnar guggulu,medohar vati, simhnad guggulu.

PS. If the tumor causes pressure symptoms then one may think of surgical removal or radiation therapy.
. In Ayurveda we usually manage the disease as surgical issue [since is an autosomal dominant] thus genetic counselling is important.

Please keep following things in mind:

A. Since the tumor originates from the spine thus one may have following problems in long run:

1. Weakness,loss of sensation in the area supplied by that particular area of spinal cord.

2. Erectile Dysfunction

3. Loss of bladder,bowel dysfunction

B. Ask for Immune histochemistry for further information.

C. You can safely start with Ayurveda medicines as prophylactic management and lead a healthy life.

In my clinical experience I usually recommend the following line of management:

i. kanchnaar gugullu: 2
arogyavardhini vati: 1............ with dashmoolarishta 10ml thrice daily

PS. If pain and inflammation is not there you may replace dashmoolarishta with XXXXXXX kshayam.

ii. Vridhi vadhika vati 1 with Trifla kshaya 5ml at bed time

iii. use of dashang lepa after fomentation of lump morning/evening.

PS. Regarding duration: Since the disease is genetic thus one has to take the medicines to improve the quality of life and halt progression of the disease. [Since it is BENIGN (harmless) and not accounting for any cosmetic problem] and remain under constant and regular supervision of your attending Physician.
