Question: 17 year old son has fever 103.2 after havibg advil 1 hour ago. Can i piggy-back tylenol now?

After reading your post, I would advise that you should first go for water sponging on his body, especially forehead, arms and legs including hands and feet. This will help in lowering down the temperature.
If after one hour of water sponging, the temperature still persists as more than 100°, you can give Tylenol.
I would advise that you should get him clinically examined and investigated to know the cause of fever and get medical management done accordingly.
