Brief Answer:
Acute tonsillopharyngitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.

In my opinion, you might be having tonsillopharyngitis. Since you're allergic to Penicillin , I would suggest you to take Cephalosporin 200 mg with Clavulanic acid 125 mg combination drugs twice daily for 5 days.

But these are prescription medicines, not available over the counter.

Empirically you can take -
Anti inflammatory tablet like Paracetamol 500 mg with Diclofenac 50 mg combination twice daily after food which will help to reduce the pain and inflammation.

Steam inhalation and warm saline gargling will be helpful. Avoid oily and cold items.

If symptoms persists please consult with your doctor and get evaluated.

Hope my answers have helped you.
Thanks.
