Question: symptoms: first few days - fever, headache, little or no appetite (nausea after trying to eat), severe fatigue, now a week - some fever/some chills, able to eat only soup or simple carbs (e.g. waffle, crackers) but still not much, has stayed hydrated (water, gatorade, some oj), still sleeps alot throughout the day and night, some fevreeveer, shortness of breath when trying to walk, lack of concentration male, 62

*You are having Pyrexia of Unknown Origin in which in our Clinic, we
recommend to undergo basic Laboratory work up ( CBC with Peripheral Smear,
Serum widal test , S. Creatinine , Fasting Blood sugar , S. Electrolytes ) &
associated other evaluation ( X-ray chest / CT Brain or else ) if necessary on
clinical grounds.

*For better recovery you follow certain steps till you get your diagnosis :
@ Preferable to take boiled water, coconut water, home made juices, tea ,
coffee,butter milk , fruits , rice, curd which are light for digestion.
@ Avoid more oily / spicy / nonvegetarian foods / waffles / beverages.
@ Avoid smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if any consuming.
@ Avoid to take aspirin for headache and fever.
@ Maintain chart of Temp.
@ Keep your BP , Blood sugar under control
@ Tepid sponging with salted cold water if high fever spikes.
