Question: my symptoms are diarreah for 4 days now, at first had fever, the fever has gone, but now i got bumps on my tongue
i thought i had either caught a stomach flu or food poisoning from sushi that i ate. Now i'm wondering if something else
what could it be

Little bumps on the tongue is often due to dehydration following diarrhoea, bumps could also mean vitamin deficiency. Here is what you should do

1. Take plenty of clear liquids. You should have up to 5 glasses of water a day
2. I suggest you to be on multivitamin tablets which can be bought at any local pharmacy
3. If the symptoms does not resolve in two weeks I suggest getting evaluated
