Brief Answer:
ye, you can start the treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX ji, thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should start the treatment advised by your doctor. And mostly your son will start improving in 1-2 days.
If he continues to have fever and cough after 5 days of treatment, please get done these things.
1. Chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
2. CBC (Complete Blood Count) to look for total White cell count as this indicates infection.
3. Consult pediatrician again if not improving.
Another thing I would like to mention is, give him plenty of fluids, juices and keep him hydrated. This is very important thing in pediatric patient along with antibiotics and other drugs.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your son.Thanks.

I Think The Inhaler AEROCORT prescribed by Dr. has lots of side effect also and my son has no breathing problem, So should I start the Inhaler?

Yes, you can definitely omit aerocort inhaler if his breathing is smooth and normal.
But keep him hydrated.
