Suggest Treatment For Fever And Multiple Fractures In Knee

Question: My friend had an motorcycle accident.He has multiple fracture in patola( Knee katori). Today orthopaedic checked the wound , and found wound is o.k.,but friend having fever 102. Doctor did all required blood and urine test but fever cause is unknown. Please advice what the cause of fever and their remedial action.

I have studied your case.
due to wound around knee there can be associated septic arthritis knee leading to fever.
wound infection can be can be internal and may not be necessarily visible.
You may need blood investigation like CRP.blood culture also.
knee aspiration can be good fluid for testingaand confirming diagnosis.
