Brief Answer:
Continue Tylenol along with cold sponging

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. Most common reasons of fever with headache in this age group is due to self limiting viral infections. They respond to symptomatic treatment within 3-4 days.

So, continue Tylenol at 15 mg/kg/dose ( maximum 500 mg/ dose) and repeat the dose after 6-8 hour if fever persists. It will also relieve her headache. Also, do cold sponging to decrease the fever faster.

You may use Meftal P as second choice if fever doesn't respond to Tylenol at all.

In case she develops any other symptoms such as rash, jaundice, bladder or bowel dysfunction, do contact us or your pediatrician.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
