Question: hi doc m having a fewer because of cold, can you please let me know on this. what should i eat and what not.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of viral fever. This is usually self-limiting and it improves in a few days.

You should avoid eating cold foods such as cold drinks, ice creams, curd or any items from fridge directly.

Treatment is mainly symptomatic, such as paracetamol for fever, and levocetrizine tablets for cold.
