Question: I am getting symptions of water in the ear like I can hear myself talk it comes and goes some times lasting 30 min or longer

Dear patient,

For different reasons there can be fluid in the inner ear, which is connected with the back of the throat through the so called "tube" (Tuba auditiva), that may be swollen in your case, so that the inner ear fluid can't flow out. Recommendable to reduce swelling is nose spray like xylometazolin or similar for about a week 3-4 times daily.
